The Skills Centre

Sponsored by HRP and located on the show floor, the Skills Centre will provide attendees with a dedicated zone where they can talk to training experts and discover information on courses and grants etc. Organisations who will be on the Skills Centre include:

Summitskills
Michael Reeves, Development Manager & Project Manager for SkillMandE Competitions (SummitSkills) will be on hand on throughout the exhibition to discuss qualifications, apprenticeships and much more.

Also  representing Summitskills on the Skills Centre will be Mark Forsyth, National Training Manager for WorldSkills who will be promoting the SkillFRIDGE and UK Team position for refrigeration.

Chris Bailey from City & Guilds will be available throughout the show at the Skills Centre to give interested parties information on the organisation and advice on qualifications.

BEST
Paul Hambleton, an ex RAC engineer and college lecturer and now assesses and internally verifies RAC qualifications for students between the ages of 16 and 60.  He has also developed and written training materials and will be representing BEST (Building Engineering Services Training) on the Skills Centre.
